FOCUS ON SAFETY

Superior Logistix safety training program provides extensive knowledge of DOT regulations such as logging requirements, HOS, and defensive driving. Our 2 day in person orientation ensures our drivers have the resources they need to be safe on the road. After orientation our drivers are then provided with monthly training via our online training portal to keep them up to date with any changes in the industry as well as refresh them for safety standards.

A foundation of our company culture is transparency. For our clients, this means when you call us to schedule a unit for transport, you can count on us to give you exact dates we can pick up and deliver your truck along with all costs associated with your load. If we can’t fulfill the dates you need it moved by, we will be honest and let you know. We will never take a contract unless we are sure we can deliver in the most efficient manner.

For our drivers, this means access to loads with all expectations and pay benefits available to review prior to selecting loads. Fair and consistent communication and follow up to address questions or concerns and resolve any account needs.
